Application

This biodegradable random copolymer has pendant alkene functional groups along the back bone and a hydroxyl end-group. The pendant functionality along the chain enables bioconjugation of growth factors via thiol-ene click chemistry. The monomer ratio for MAC:L-lactide is 1:9.
