This product doesn't have a specific adhesion test documented for use in an ultrasonic cleaner submerged in acetone or isopropyl alcohol (IPA). The robustness of the gold layer on silicon wafers can vary based on several factors, including the power of the ultrasonic cleaner and the duration of the cleaning process. A quick test is recommended before further use. If issues persist, alternative cleaning methods that are less aggressive are suggested, such as manual cleaning or using a gentle rinse with solvents.

Hi, I would like to know if this substrare can hold up against an ultrasonic cleaner (sumerged in acetone or IPA). With some silicon wafers coated with gold we are having some issues because the gold peels off the wafer during the ultrasonic bath.
