3,5-Diethoxybenzyl alcohol is a 3,5-dialkyloxybenzyl alcohol. It can be synthesized by reacting 3, 5-dihydroxybenzyl alcohol, dried potassium carbonate, 18-crown-6 and the corresponding alkyl bromide.[1]
