2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7-Dodecafluoroheptyl acrylate (DFHA) is a fluorous functional monomer that is majorly used in the surface functionalization. It can also be utilized in chemical vapor deposition process for the synthesis of nanomaterials.[1][2][3]

Application

DFHA can be used in the preparation of hybrid fluorous monolithic columns for nano-liquid chromatography.[1] It can be used in the surface modification of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) for the formation of highly conductive composites.[2]

    1. The recommended long-term storage temperature for this product is 2-8°C. The material is stable at ambient temperatures for relatively short periods. The product is shipped at ambient temperature and is allowed 1-2 weeks transit time before any degradation is suspected. If stored at ambient temperature for more than 1-2 weeks the integrity of the product may be impacted.
