Application

O-tert-Butylhydroxylamine hydrochloride was used in the synthesis of N-methyl-O-tert-butylhydroxylamine hydrochloride[1]. It was also used in the preparation of N-tert-butoxyamino acids as substrates for the unambiguous synthesis of N-hydroxy peptides[2].
