N-Benzyl-N-ethylaniline can be prepared by reaction of N ethylaniline and benzyl chloride in the presence of phase transfer catalyst[1].

Application

N-Benzyl-N-ethylaniline was used in a study to investigate the electron transfer quenching dynamics of excited perylene and cyanoperylene in various donating solvents[2].
