Immunoblotting:

Immunohistochemistry on PLP fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues 5-20μg/ml. PLP fixation required for best results. Antibody also reacts with frozen tissues. Reactivity on tradional formalin fixed tissue is poor. Microwave antigen retrieval is recommended
