Questions

  1. What is/are the storage solvent(s)? What should I store it in and clean it with for using in reverse-phase?

    1 answer
    1. Reverse the orientation of the column. Flush for a few minutes with a 20% aqueous solution of the organic used in the analysis to remove buffer salts. Flush for about 30 mins with 100% of the organic used in the analysis. The column can be stored with this organic solution. Before reusing the column, flush again for a few minutes with 20% organic to prevent precipitation of buffer salts.
