CID2858522 dose dependently inhibits NF-kB reporter activity in PMA-ionomycin stimulated HEK293 cells, but does not affect NF-kB activity in cells challenged with TNFa, retinoic acid, or stimulation of the toll-like receptor signaling pathway.
