Yes, this product may be used to incubate slides at 65°C overnight in formamide. These Coplin Staining Jars are made from polypropylene which is very resistant to most chemicals, including dimethyl formamide. These jars may also be autoclaved at 121ºC. The manufacturer does not report a volume for this item, however the capacity is expected to be approximately 50 mL.
