Serum and plasma samples should be stored at -80ºC if not assayed immediately.
Samples should be aliquoted in volumes enough for one assay. Avoid freeze-and-thaw. 4ºC can only be used briefly when setting up the assays; samples should be frozen at -80ºC if they are not assayed that day.

I would like to know if samples kept in the fridge (4ºC) could be used with this ELISA Kit (RAB1268) or if they should be stored in the freezer (-20ºC or -80ºC). My samples are human plasma and serum. Thank you in advance!
