General description

  • This vent filter with a CO2 trap is designed to protect highly sensitive stored pure water from possible contaminants in the environment. These include carbon dioxide, particles, micro-organisms and volatile organic compounds that mainly come from the laboratory atmosphere.
  • Vent filters contain a combination of purification media carefully selected to remove airborne contaminants that could degrade the quality of purified water during storage.
  • The filter′s cartridge is constructed from polypropylene, polyether sulfone and styrene-acrylonitrile resin, and is carefully assembled following a dichloromethane (DCM)-free process.
  • The vent filter should be replaced twice a year for optimal results.
  • For use on water storage tanks of Milli-Q® CLX 7000 series of systems.

Application

The vent filter provides advanced protection against airborne contaminants.
