Features and Benefits

Bis-dPEG®13-PFP ester is a homobifunctional dPEG® crosslinker that allows conjugation to two different moieties, each containing free amines. The single molecular weight dPEG® spacer (50.0 Å) provides precise distance control between conjugated moieties. 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorophenyl (PFP) ester is more reactive to amines than NHS ester and is more stable than NHS ester to hydrolysis.
