Questions

1–5 of 5 Questions
  1. I am considering using this ready made solution for my cellular assays aiming to induce senescence into TNBC cell lines. I am wondering what the molarity is for this ready made product and if there are any concerns surrounding the volume of DMSO?

    1 answer
    1. This product is a 2 mg/mL solution of Doxorubicin in pure DMSO. The material has not been specifically test for use in TNBC cells. In general, the final DMSO concentrations in cell culture medium should not exceed 0.5%. This product is prepared using Doxorubicin HCl with a molecular weight of 579.98.
