General description

Cellvento® Feed-200 is a chemically defined feed formulation containing only components of non-animal origin. The product is intended for use in the development and manufacturing of biotherapeutics in Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell-based expression systems. Cellvento® Feed-200 contains concentrated amino acids, vitamins, salts, and trace elements and is supplied in dry powder format.

Application

  • Designed to support optimal cell growth and performance of CHO-S cells but may also be suitable for other CHO cell lines.
  • Intended as a companion feed supplement with the production medium Cellvento® CHO-200 in fed-batch manufacturing processes.
  • For research or further manufacturing use, not for human or therapeutic use.
