General description

N-[2-(2-Hydroxyethoxy)ethyl]methacrylamide can be used to synthesize polyacetal polymers. Tri(ethylene glycol) (N-hydroxyethoxy)ethyl methacrylamide which is a pH sensitive crosslinker and monomer containing acetal group can be synthesized from N-[2-(2-Hydroxyethoxy)ethyl]methacrylamide.
