Human lung small cell carcinoma
The cell line COR-L95 was established from a bronchial biopsy of a 64 year old male. Histology results were consistent with undifferentiated small cell carcinoma.
Preparation Note
Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 100,000 cells / ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
