MT4/E4 is a very strong neutralising monoclonal antibody with a wide range of neutralising monoclonal activities against homologous human IFN-α-2. The heterologous IFN-α-1 is weakly bound but also shows cross-reactive neutralisation. There is no cross-reaction with human IFN-ß or IFN-gamma.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS) (heat inactivated)

Maintain cultures between 5-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C.
