Application
AccuTaq™ LA 10× Buffer has been used:
- in PCR reaction mixture for the amplification of human BRCA1 gene.
- as a component of the PCR mix for the amplification of the genomic DNA from Triticum aestivum
- as a component of the PCR mix for the reverse transcription of RNA from foot and mouth disease virus (FMDV)
