General description

The NovaSeptum® Bag Rack for Single Sampling Units is a stainless steel mechanical support rack designed to hold and organize NovaSeptum® sampling units during aseptic fluid sampling operations. The rack is engineered for compatibility with the 5-port TC 50.5 (Tri-Clamp 50.5 mm) holders compatible with NAC-A, NAC-D, NAC-I, and NAC-S (NovAseptic Connector) connectors. The rack is fully adjustable, reusable, and available for all standard holders.

Application

  • The NovaSeptum® Bag Rack acts as a structured mechanical support frame that holds and organizes NovaSeptum® sampling units during aseptic fluid sampling operations.
  • It is particularly suited for use in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and cleanroom environments where controlled, contamination-free fluid sampling is required.

  • The maximum load capacity of the rack goes up to 5 kgs.
  • The structural components are manufactured from stainless steel in compliance with ASTM® 316, while the screws and locking nuts are made from A4-grade stainless steel.

Packaging

A complete bag rack unit, including all components, is packaged unassembled in a cardboard box and assigned a part number.
