Description

General description

Relatively selective blocker of L-type Ca²⁺ channels. One of the most extensively studied blockers of 1,4-dihydropyridine-type Ca²⁺ channels, and a pharmacologically-useful vasodilator. Induces apoptosis in human glioblastoma cells.
