SPME fiber assembly Divinylbenzene/Carboxen/Polydimethylsiloxane (DVB/CAR/PDMS) may be used for the trapping and extraction of volatile organic compounds in cultures of filamentous fungi and water samples{3 using head-space solid phase microextraction (SPME) coupled to gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
