Toyopearl AF-Heparin HC-650 resin is a new high capacity affinity resin with an Antithrombin III (AT III) dynamic binding capacity of approximately 4 mg/mL. Due to its polyanionic nature heparin interacts with a wide range of biomolecules including plasma components, lipoprotein lipase, collagenase, and DNA polymerase
