Frizzled class receptor 7 (FZD7) is an oncogene involved in various malignancies. It is a receptor of Wingless (WNT) proteins. The protein possesses seven hydrophobic domains. The gene encoding FZD7 is localized on human chromosome 2q33.1.
Immunogen
FZD7 (NP_003498.1, 155 a.a. ~ 253 a.a) partial recombinant protein with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26 KDa.
Frizzled class receptor 7 (FZD7) modulates sensitivity to chemotherapeutic drugs. It functions in tumor initiation in melanoma cells. The protein acts as a mediator in canonical and non-canonical Wnt signaling pathways.
Physical form
Solution in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4
