The Human CD8 Milliplex kit is quite stable when stored at room temperature or 37°C for up to 7 days. Although mean fluorescent intensities (MFIs) may experience a slight depression when stored at 37°C as opposed to 4°C, this difference is not typically significant. Additionally, there may be a slight decrease in sensitivity for some analytes, but it generally remains below the reported minimum detectable concentration (minDC) plus two standard deviations (2SD).
