Biochem/physiol Actions

SIRT6-IN-1 (2,4-dioxo-N-(4-(pyridin-3-yloxy)phenyl)−1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinazoline-6-sulfonamide) is a cell penetrant, potent and selective inhibitor of SIRT6 (Sirtuin 6). It improves glucose tolerance in a type 2 diabetes mouse model. SIRT6-IN-1 delays experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis disease onset in mice.
