The Red Protease Detection Kit uses TAMRA-casein as a convenient fluorescent substrate for detection of proteases in various samples.

Fluorescence excitation wavelength = 535 nm

Fluorescence emission wavelength = 595 nm

Application

Detection and quantitation of protease activity in samples. Useful for impurity testing.
