Biochem/physiol Actions

Spermidine is a naturally occurring polyamine. It is associated with various cellular functions. It is responsible for the condensation and aggregation of DNA in aqueous solution. Spermidine is known to extend lifespan via epigenetic modifications, induction of cell death and inhibition of necrosis.
Spermidine 0.1M solution is an additive screening solution of Additive Screening Kit. Additive Screen kit is designed to allow rapid and convenient evaluation of additives and their ability to influence the crystallization of the sample. The Additive Kit provides a tool for refining crystallization conditions.

Transfer RNAs (tRNAs) are heavily decorated with post-transcriptional modifications during their biosynthesis. To fulfil their functions within cells, tRNAs undergo a tightly controlled biogenesis process leading to the formation of mature tRNAs. In addition, functions of tRNAs are often modulated

Histones are the major proteinaceous component of chromatin in eukaryotic cells and an important part of the epigenome, affecting most DNA-related events, including transcription, DNA replication, and chromosome segregation. The properties of histones are greatly influenced by their post-translational modifications
