If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.

How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?
1 answer-
Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers. We're needing a little more information on how this product is sold. What size are the "units" that are mentioned, and can you provide any details as to the concentration of chemical in the unit? Thank you!
1 answer-
This product is sold by the International Unit (IU). The minimum activity of 6000 units per milligram is reported based on the dried weight of the powder. The maximum allowable moisture content at 7%. The amount of material in each vial varies from lot to lot and can be determined by dividing the number of units of the package size by the lot-specific activity. This information is reported in the product Certificate of Analysis. Please see the link below to review a sample or lot specific Certificate:

Dear Sir, May I ask what's meaning of 10 MU? How many grams per bottle? Tks.
1 answer-
The 10 MU stands for a 10,000,000 unit package size. The mass contained in each bottle is lot-specific and dependent on the activity. This activity is reported on the certificate of analysis. For example, lot number 0000227415 tested at 8232 units per milligram. A 10 MU package size would amount to 1.214 grams.
