General description

TSKgel ODS-80Ts is a general purpose column for low MW pharmaceuticals, bases, nucleosides and nucleotides. Common applications include purity checks and peptide mapping. Bonded phase pore size is indicated by the number in the product description, in this case TSKgel ODS-80Ts has 80Å nominal pore size. The pore size of the base silica is 100Å.

Application

TSK gel ODS 80Ts HPLC column may be used for the separation of:
  • Tea catechins and quercetin conjugates in blood plasma by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled to electrochemical detection (ECD).
  • Active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) as well as their impurities in eye drop solution samples by HPLC with photodiode array (PDA) detector.
  • Drug substances by LC equipped with ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) detector.

TSKgel® ODS (octadecylsilane )-80Ts HPLC Column was used in HPLC analysis, done for the isolation and identification of isoflavones in blood plasma. It was also used in the measurement of quercetin glucosides in onion and in determination of quercetin metabolites in human plasma during HPLC analysis.

Physical form

Shipped in 70% methanol - 30% water.
