This hybridoma is a subclone of AFRC MAC 60 (86052303). The antibody is directed against the plant growth substance cis, trans-abscisic acid. The rate of antibody production has been tested at ECACC. It must be noted that this hybridoma produces less than 2 μg/ml of purified antibody.

Preparation Note

DMEM (D6546) + 2mM L-Glutamine (G7513) + 10% FBS (F2442)

Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂, 37°C. Require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation.
