General description

Methiocarb is a broad spectrum N-methylcarbamate pesticide widely used to control snails in orchids and is also a chemical bird repellent in fruit crops.

Application

Methiocarb may be used as an analytical reference standard for the estimation of the analyte in fruits, vegetables, food products of animal origin and honey by various chromatography techniques.
