Biochem/physiol Actions

1,2,3,4,5,6-hexabromocyclohexane binds directly to a pocket within the kinase domain of JAK2 and inhibits autophosphorylation. The compound also blocks growth hormone induced JAK2 autophosphorylation without affecting EFGR autophosphorylation.
