Medio de Eagle modificado de Dulbecco, poca glucosa, With 1000 mg/L glucose, and sodium bicarbonate, without L-glutamine, liquid, sterile-filtered, suitable for cell culture
The regulation and functional roles of secreted coding and long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs; >200 nt) are largely unknown. We previously showed that mutant KRAS colorectal cancer (CRC) cells release extracellular vesicles (EVs) containing distinct proteomes, microRNAs (miRNAs), and circular RNAs.

Adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) have been isolated, expanded, and applied in the treatment of many diseases. ADSCs have also been used to treat injured articular cartilage. However, there is controversy regarding the treatment efficiency. We considered that ADSC transplantation with

The immunotoxicity of three generations of polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimers (G-4, G-5 and G-6) was evaluated in mouse macrophage cells in vitro. Using the Alamar blue and MTT assays, a generation dependent cytotoxicity of the PAMAM dendrimers was found whereby G-6

Simvastatin is clinically used for the treatment of hypercholesterolaemia. This study investigated the effects of the intra-articular administration of a simvastatin-conjugated gelatin hydrogel on osteoarthritis (OA) progression in a murine model. The medial meniscus of the knee joint was de-stabilized

Bacteria have been used for more than a century to treat solid tumors. Because solid tumors generate an anaerobic environment, we evaluated the anti-tumor effect of the obligate anaerobe strain KK378, derived from Lactobacillus casei (L. casei), using mice bearing
