Chicken anti-Mouse IgG Antibody, HRP conjugate detects level of Chicken Mouse IgG & has been published & validated for use in ELISA & WB.
ELISA: 1:70,000 dilution gave an O.D. of 1.0 in a 15 minute reaction using TMB as the substrate.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

Affinity purified immunoglobulin conjugated with horseradish peroxidase. Liquid in 50 mM HEPES, pH 7.0, 0.1M NaCl, 0.2% BSA and 0.1% Kathon CG.

Almacenamiento y estabilidad

Maintain at 2-8°C in undiluted aliquots for up to six months after date of receipt. For long term storage dilute the antibody with sterile glycerol (ACS grade or better) and maintain at

-20°C for up to 12 months after date of receipt. Do not freeze the antibody unless it needs to be stored for an extended period of time. It is recommended that the antibody be stored in the dark.
