Descripción

General description

A potent, selective, reversible, and ATP-competitive inhibitor of Src family tyrosine kinases (IC₅₀ = 1.2 µM for human recombinant Csk). Exhibits little effect against p38 MAPK or FGFR tyrosine kinase even at concentrations as high as 50 µM.

A substituted triazoloquinoline-1-thione compound that acts as a potent, ATP-competitive, reversible and selective inhibitor of Src family tyrosine kinases (IC₅₀ = 1.2 µM for human recombinant Csk). Exhibits little effect against p38 MAPK or FGFR even at concentrations as high as 50 µM.
