Description
Analysis Note
Size-exclusion chromatography is now routinely used in the quality control of commercial monoclonal antibody (mAb) preparations. In this example, a mAb monomer, dimer and higher order aggregates are easily separated within 5 minutes on a 15 cm x 4.6 mm ID TSKgel® SuperSW mAb HTP column at a high flow rate of 0.35 mL/min. After Increasing the flow rate to 0.5 mL/min the monomer elutes within 3 minutes from the column.
