Per Benchmark Scientific, the tubes themselves are not reusable. The beads are reusable for a limited time and would need to be rinsed. The exact procedure for rinsing differs based on the bead material.

Can beadbug tubes with tissue and buffer be stored in the -80°C environment, or will this have an adverse effect on the plastic of the tube?
1 answer-
On January 22, 2024, Benchmark Scientific responded with the following information: The tubes can be stored at -80°C, but they must warm up to at least 0°C before they are used for bead beating. The tubes are made of polypropylene, which becomes brittle at temperatures below 0°C. Beadbeating the tubes when they are colder than that can cause them to crack.
