    1. This product is not packaged specifically for use in deposition systems; we do not have any information about certain deposition applications. We do offer a niobium ethoxide product (https://www.sigmaaldrich.com/product/aldrich/339202) for which the purity and volatility of niobium(V) ethoxide make it a suitable precursor for atomic layer deposition and chemical vapor deposition of niobium oxide.

    1. 383163 can be used for various lab researches. Unfortunately, it hasn't been tested for thermal evaporation as per its COA: https://www.sigmaaldrich.com/certificates/sapfs/PROD/sap/certificate_pdfs/COFA/Q14/383163-BULKMKCV0142.pdf.
