General description

Manganese(II) nitrate tetrahydrate is a powder and also known as Manganese dinitrate. In general, Manganese(II) nitrate tetrahydrate is synthesised by using manganese dioxide and nitrogen dioxide.
We are committed to bringing you Greener Alternative Products, which belongs to one of the four categories of greener alternatives. This product has been enhanced for energy efficency. Click here for more information.

Application

Manganese (II) nitrate, tetrahydrate is widely used precursor materials for the application of energy materials. For Example: Spinel lithium manganese oxide cathode is synthesized by using flame-assisted spray technology using a precursor solution of manganese(II) nitrate tetrahydrate with the combination of Lithium nitrate In addition, porous urchin Manganese cobalt oxide used as a high-rate supercapacitors, is synthesized by using manganese(II) nitrate hydrate in hydrothermal route that exhibit high specific capacitance, and outstanding rate capability Moreover, mesoporous MnFe2O4 is synthesized using manganese(II) nitrate tetrahydrate, as a heterogeneous catalyst degradation of Orange II dye inpresence ofperoxymonosulfate Furthermore, Manganese hexacyanomanganate open framework has been synthesized by using Manganese (II) nitrate, tetrahydrate and used as a positive electrode materials for sodium-ion batteries Interestingly, manganese(II) nitrate tetrahydrate is also used to synthesis of CeO2–MnOx/ZSM-5 sorbents by using sol-gel method to remove hydrogen sulfide at high temperature
