[2025/01/10] January and Lunar New Year Shipment Arrangements

• January 16 (Thu): Merck Year-End Party. The order cutoff time will be adjusted to 9:20 AM. Orders placed after this time will be processed as follows: non-refrigerated items will be shipped on January 17, and refrigerated items will be shipped on January 20.
  
  
• January 23 (Thu): The final day for invoice adjustments and shipments before the Lunar New Year. Please complete checkout by 3:30 PM. In the final step, click on the Checkout/additional Shipping Details/Add Instructions: recipient name, extension, mobile number, and confirmation of acceptance on January 24 (Fri). Orders without these details will be shipped on February 3.
  
  
• January 24 (Fri): Invoices can be processed until 12:00 PM, and orders can be placed throughout the day. However, shipments will be scheduled starting February 3 (Mon).
  
  
• February 3 (Mon): First shipping day after the Lunar New Year. Due to the start of the month and high shipping volumes following the long holiday, the warehouse may adjust shipping schedules based on capacity.
  
   

[2024/08/29] Merck List Price Adjustment

Our Life Sciences business is committed to providing you with the highest quality products and services.

In October 2023 we made List Price adjustments, and this was crucial given the cost increases we faced caused by global political and economic instability.  Whilst 2024 has seen considerable softening of inflation, we continue to see its impact albeit at a lower level than previously. Therefore, as part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining the quality and service levels you require from us, we need to make list price adjustments to ensure we can best serve our valuable customers for years to come.  Our purchasing organization continues to use every resource possible to keep from passing these costs to our customers. Equally, in line with the softening of inflation globally, this is our first full List Price increase in 12 months whereas more regular reviews and increases were necessary throughout both the pandemic and following period of high inflation. 

Beginning on October 1st, 2024, the Life Science business of Merck will implement a list price increase for our products and services in the Science and Lab Solutions portfolios.
