Biochem/physiol Actions

Tulathromycin A is a macrolide antibiotic. It binds to the subunit 50S of the bacterial ribosome, interfering with bacterial protein synthesis.
Tulathromycin is a triamilide antimicrobial, which is structurally similar to the di-basic azalide antibiotic azithromycin. It is used to treat bovine and swine bacterial respiratory diseases.
