This product is lyophilized from mouse ascites fluid. The total protein content is verified prior to lyophilization. The 15 mg/mL value is the pre-lyophilization total protein content. The Myeloma Protein-Densitometry is performed after lyophilization when reconstituted to 1ml in water. The 5 mg value is specific to the Myeloma Protein (IgG1 kappa) only.
