Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against the murine IL-2 receptor ligand complex present on activated murine T and B cells. It inhibits proliferation of activated cells in the presence of IL-2, but does not block the binding of IL-2.

Murine IL-2 dependent HT-2 cells
Application
The isotype of the monoclonal antibody produced by this cell line is rat IgM, kappa.
Culture Medium
DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 1mM Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
