General description

Biotinylated sphingosine 1-phosphate (Biotin S1P) is produced by the phosphorylation of biotinyl sphingosine by recombinant human sphingosine kinase 1 and 2 (hSK1 and hSK2). Biotinyl sphingosine is derived from sphingosine and it contains a biotin unit at the ω-terminal of its fatty-acid chain.

Application

Biotinylated sphingosine 1-phosphate (Biotin S1P) is suitable to be used as an antigen to preabsorb murine monoclonal antibody, LT1002.
