ATN-224 (Bis-Choline-Tetrathiomolybdate) is an orally available and potent inhibitor of superoxide dismutase 1 (SOD1) that exhibit potent anticancer activities. ATN-224 is a copper chelator that rapidly lowers free coper levels and improve clinical symptoms in Wilson′s disease patients.
