The kit contains a probe, but no instructions in the protocol of when/how much to add. Please advise on the probe-adding step?

The protocol indicates that 5 uL of the probe should be added to the working reagent. This is described in Table 2, located on page 3 of the datasheet. Please see the link below to review:
