Description

General description

Anaerocult^™ A mini is a reagent mixture that can create an anaerobic environment to enable the growth of facultative and obligatory anaerobic microorganisms. The Anaerocult^™ A mini sachet is moistened with water and placed into a special incubation bag with the Petri dishes and an Anaerocult^™ strip to monitor the absence of oxygen. The sachet contains components that chemically bind the oxygen quickly and completely, creating an oxygen-free but CO₂-containing atmosphere within the bag. The Anaerocult^™ A mini system is used for the anaerobic incubation of one to four Petri dishes.
