General description

The HY-LiTE® Liquid Test Pens for Total ATP are ready prepared pens to measure Total ATP (adenosine triphosphate) in liquid samples using the HY-LiTE® 2/2A luminometer. ATP is detected by reaction with a luciferin/luciferase reagent in buffered solution.

Application

For detection of Total ATP in liquid samples.
The HY-LiTE® Liquid Test Pens for Total ATP are used to test the cleanliness/hygiene of liquids (CIP rinse water) in food & beverage industry, or to test biomass in water treatment application.
