General description

TSKgel® ODS-100V and TSKgel ODS-100Z columns incorporate the best-in-class surface properties to limit secondary interactions of basic, acidic and chelating compounds. Take advantage of the benefits of high column efficiency and symmetrical peak shapes to reduce your analysis and method development time! The ultra high purity Type B base silica contains negligible amounts of metal ion impurities. Combined with monomeric bonding chemistry, this silica makes the best general purpose Reversed Phase columns suitable for the most demanding separations in quality control as well as in research and development. TSKgel ODS-100V columns have a lower carbon content than ODS-100Z columns, making the bonded phase surface 100% water wettable and the preferred choice to retain polar metabolites.

Application

TSKgel® ODS-100V HPLC Column may be used for the separation of:
  • Docetaxel in human plasma during its determination by high performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) combined with electrospray ionization (ESI) and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) detection.
  • Constituents of Chinese medicine Niu Huang Jie Du Pill during their analysis by HPLC combined with diode array detection (DAD).
  • Organic and inorganic selenium in diet supplements during the determination using HPLC-ESI-MS/MS with MRM detection.
  • Estrogenic compounds 8-prenylnaringenin, zearalenone, α- and β-zearalenol in beer during their identification using LC-ESI-MS with single ion monitoring (SIM) detection.
  • Lincomycin, spectinomycin and its impurities in pharmaceutical products during their analysis by HPLC combined with charged aerosol detection (CAD) as well as HPLC coupled to time-of flight mass spectrometer (TOFMS) with ESI.
